Important Circular MSBTE EXAM Form

Sub :- Special provision for filling examination form for Winter examination.

The last date for submitting examination form for Winter 2020 examination with penalty of Rs.1,500/- concluded on 30/09/2020. However there are requests from many students and institutes for opening the online examination form link.

In the interest of student community, a special provision is made to fill examination form as per schedule below;

Examination form confirmation by respective RBTE	30/10/2020 To 01/11/2020	Form 10.00 a.m. on 30/10/2020 To 5.30 p.m. on 01/1 1/2020	The RB.TE confirms the examination form only after submission of examination fee along with penalty and undertaking by students endorsed by parents & undertaking by institute on Rs. 100/- stamp paper.

The examination form filling in this special provision is permitted subject to following conditions.

1. The penalty for each examination form is Rs. 3,000/-
2. The student has to submit an undertaking as per annexure-I which has to be endörsed by the parent / guardian of the student.
3. The institute submits the examination fee + penalty and undertaking by students in original at respective RBTE.
4. The institute also submits an undertaking on Rs. 100/- bond paper to the effect that they have complied with all conditions of MSBTE and indicate the list of students for whom examination forms are submitted in the special provision.
5. There will not be any further provisions for filling examination form for the Winter 2020 examination at the end of this chance.

All concerned are hereby instructed to strictly adhere to the conditions of this circular.

Proforma for undertaking from Student

I _____________________bearing enrollment number ­­­­­­­­­­­­­­­­­­__________ hereby submit this under taking to the effect that;

1. I am submitting my examination form for Winter-2020after the prescribed last date i.e.30/09/2020.
2. I am aware of the fact that I am eligible to attend the examinations which are scheduled for dates falling after the generation of hall ticket for Winter 2020 examination for which I submitted the late form.
3. I am also aware of the fact that incase due to late submission of exam form & according to time table Winter-2020, it becomes necessary for me to appear two theory examination on the same day and same session, hence it is mandatory for me to choose any one of the examination.
4. I am also aware of the fact that incase the question paper for the subject in which I have submitted late examination form is not available in the examination centre on the date of examination, I will not get a chance to attend the examination in the examination centre.
5. I am aware of fact that due to late submission of examination form, problems my arise in generation of pre examination documents resulting in RHR status in my examination result.

I accept all the above conditions and do not have any complaint against the examination body i.e. M.S.B.T.E.
